Hi, my name is Dr. Jon Finn (Tougher Minds and Me Power Academy Founder). High levels of stress are increasingly becoming problematic for many children and teenagers, damaging both their short and long-term health and success. Stress is a habit, so the more time young people spend being stressed the more damaging the consequences.
But anyone can learn how to get better at dealing with stress by building simple and practical stress management habits.
Building on the previous levels Level 5 makes it easy for parents to teach their children why they get stressed, how to counter the stress response and how to begin building confidence. It empowers young people to take control of their own stress levels and begin building their confidence so they can fulfil their potential.
Who is it for?
- Parents who want to help their child to fulfil their potential, but fear high stress and fragile confidence might prevent that.
- Children and young people who want to be their best, but sometimes find themselves feeling overwhelmed and lacking self-belief.
Parents can work through Level 5 with their child, OR children and teenagers can work through independently.
